Economic Update Luncheon - August 31, 2011

FUELING PUBLIC EXCITEMENT & UNDERSTANDING OF ARIZONA’S LEADERSHIP IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION

Chandler, AZ (July 11, 2011) -- The Chandler Chamber of Commerce will host an Economic Update Luncheon – Dr. Jeremy Babendure , Arizona SciTech Festival Director and Christine Mackay, Director of Economic Development for the City of Chandler will be announcing the upcoming 3 Week Science & Technology Festival for 2012. The festival will be a celebration to showcase science, engineering and technology innovation featuring discussions, exhibits, hands-on activities, shows and tours. The Festival is in collaboration with the upcoming Centennial for fueling public excitement and understanding of Arizona’s world leadership in science, technology & innovation during the next 100 years.

The luncheon will be held and hosted by Fleming’s Prime Steak House located at  905 North 54th St. in Chandler on Wednesday, August 31st at 11:30am.

The luncheon cost to attend is $25 for Chandler Chamber members and $28 for non-members.
