Innovations Partner Increases Business Assistance Hours

Chandler, AZ-- The Maricopa Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is increasing its office hours at the Innovations Incubator in Chandler to a full-time schedule. Summer office hours are Monday through Thursday by appointment. In addition, the SBDC will resume office hours on Fridays beginning August 5.

Innovations and the SBDC began their partnership last August with office hours twice weekly. The mutual success of the partnership has led to joint efforts such as the quarterly technology networking event ‘Coffee & Connections’ and the development of business education curriculum for startup companies.

The SBDC provides free, individual counseling to business owners. Their location at Innovations benefits the companies located in the incubator as they plan for future growth, but the services are open to all companies located in Chandler and surrounding cities.

The City of Chandler launched Innovations to help Chandler grow its own businesses in the cutting-edge fields of biotechnology, bioinformatics, software design, nanotechnology, medical devices and others.
