What: Final Weigh-In for the Month of May
See which community tips the scales to claim bragging rights, and the chance to send t-shirts for the opposing Mayor & Council to wear at an upcoming Council meeting.
Albertson’s, which sponsored the Mayor Bag-Off, will be presenting a check to the food bank on behalf of the Chandler & Gilbert food drive.

When: 3:30 Wednesday, June 1
Why: The two communities joined together to raise food for the hungry in a friendly competition to raise the most donations (by weight), and support our neighbors who need us most.
The winning community provides shirts to the losing community’s Mayor and Council to wear during an upcoming Council meeting. For details about the food drive and food drop off locations in either community visit:
