Job Fair and Motivational Workshops

To give job-seekers and those who might be underemployed encouragement, the Chandler Career Connect job fair includes a series of speakers to motivate, educate and inspire. With topics ranging from networking and social media to creating a personal brand, the speaker sessions add an important element to the traditional job fair.
“Looking for work is a tough job in its own right,” said Mayor Jay Tibshraeny, who developed Career Connect as a jobs initiative forChandler . “We hope these speakers will give our residents the ideas and information they need to land their next big opportunity.”
Chandler Career Connect is free and open to the public; Chandler Career Connect runs 4 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29 at theChandler Center for the Arts,
250 N. Arizona Avenue . More than 50 organizations will participate (see attached sponsor and participant list).
