Chamber Announces 7th Annual Ostrich Festival Fun Run and Health Fair

Chandler, AZ (February 17, 2011) - On Saturday March 5, 2011 the Chandler Chamber of Commerce hosts the 7th Annual Ostrich Festival Fun Run and Health Fair. Whether you are an accomplished runner or someone just out for a casual stroll through the streets of Downtown Chandler, this Fun Run is for you.

The 5K race will start at 8:00 a.m. Entry fee is $18 through February 19th, $20 before 6 p.m. on March 4th, and $25 on race day. You can register online at http://www.4peaksracing.com/


This is a great opportunity to explore Downtown, enjoy the fresh air, rub elbows with your friends and family, and to stay active in your community.

Each year our community comes together to support its signature event - the Chandler Ostrich Festival.  The festival will involve over 300 volunteers to make the three-day event fun and exciting for people of all ages. Most volunteer shifts are approximately 4 hours long.  Remember – time flies when you’re having fun!
